KI is officially recognized as a SmartWay Shipper partner, in addition to being a SmartWay Carrier. While the SmartWay Carrier designation recognizes that KI works toward cost-effective and environmentally efficient freight transportation, the SmartWay Shipper designation also recognizes that KI makes good environmental decisions as a shipper. |

KI achieves the highest score to date in the Green Masters Program and is recognized as a “Green Professional” by the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council. The Green Masters Program is an objective, points-based recognition program that enables Wisconsin businesses of all sizes and from all sectors to understand what needs to be done to justifiably claim that they are “on the road to sustainability.” The award was presented to KI for its manufacturing innovation and commitment to sustainable manufacturing processes.
