FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who is eligible to enter?

The giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are at least 21 years old and currently employed as pre-K-12 teachers. KI employees, their families, and previous winners are not eligible to participate.

What types of classrooms are eligible to enter?

Any K-12 learning space is eligible to enter. Whether it's a traditional classroom, an esports lab, an art room, or a library, this giveaway is open to all types of K-12 learning environments.

Are there any entry fees?

No, entering the giveaway is completely free for teachers and their corresponding schools and school districts.

What is the Classroom Planner tool?

The Classroom Planner is a free, interactive program that allows you to add, remove, and move around furniture into limitless configurations and spaces.

How do I use the Classroom Planner tool?

You can find a tutorial video on how to use the Classroom Planner tool here.

How do I know if I’m selected as a finalist?

If you’re selected as a finalist, a member of our Education Team will contact you directly with next steps. Finalists will also be announced publicly on November 8.

The full terms and conditions for the giveaway are available on our website and include detailed information about eligibility, entry requirements, and prize details.

*Each entry form must be submitted by current teachers. One entry allowed per teacher. Entries must include a classroom layout created in our Classroom Planner tool using KI furniture.
