KI ACHIEVES MAJOR MILESTONE OF FULFILLING 500,000 CUSTOM FURNITURE REQUESTS

GREEN BAY, WIS. – As a leading provider of customized solutions in the contract furniture industry, KI continues to raise the bar with the completion of its 500,000 custom furniture request.

KI’s custom options group, which was established in 1993, achieved the major milestone. The group fulfills roughly 46,000 special requests each year and continues to have a significant impact on KI’s bottom line. The majority of customer requests received are quoted and specified by the group within four hours of the original inquiry.
